HFO-1123 is an extremely low impact on the global environment, such as the ozone fracture coefficient (ODP) is zero and the global warming coefficient (GWP) is less than or equal to 1. The HFO-1123 was developed as a substitute for its physical properties in R32 and R410A. On the other hand, although it has a very high performance in the refrigerant performance and the environmental performance, it was known that the condition of the temperature, the pressure, and the ignition source was caused by an explosive inuniformity reaction. Therefore, by mixing the R32, etc., the non-uniformity reaction is suppressed and commercialization is realized.
